Growing up in South Florida, I was 8 when we won our first title in ‘83. I lived every Hurricanes moment, every title, bleeding orange and green. Even as a USF alum, it’s all Canes, all the time.

Toast

Growing up in West Hartford, CT, I needed a college football team in the ‘80s. Miami’s bold 20-0 win over Notre Dame hooked me for life. Moving to South Florida fueled my love for the Canes, and years later, the Orange Bowl Boys podcast was born.

#145: Miami Week 11 Preview at Georgia Tech – Peanut-T-S-D

It’s Georgia Tech week!! And sure enough this series is split evenly at 14-14 all time and Toast says that even though we’re the better team, the Jackets are always a tough game.

Scoop is also concerned that the Georgia Tech offense could give Miami fits this weekend, as it’s a very similar look to Virginia Tech, and Roman brings that point home by pointing out how on-the-nose Vegas has been with their spreads and this one has a high total. The Georgia Tech home crowd might not be an issue because Atlanta has not been hot for the Jackets this season, while Roman just needs the Canes to keep Tech under 30 points.
